1.Neohexasulfone is a new type of product structure. The surface sizing has a good effect on anionic glue. It is forbidden to use it with cationic glue.
2. It is especially suitable for whitening in coating and surface sizing. It is mainly used in the production of high white paper. It is a kind of fluorescent whitening agent with the largest whitening range.
3. It has good acid resistance and excellent whitening effect even at a low pH value.
4. It is easy to use and can be mixed with water in any proportion. It is suitable for automatic continuous addition measurement.
5. It has very good fastness to sunlight and acid and alkali.
6. It is suitable for pH value of 1-13.

Scope of application

1   Fluorescent whitening is carried out on the coating.

instructions

1. In the process of coating preparation, it can be added at any position. When used with PVA and CMC, the better effect will be obtained. The conventional dosage is 0.2-2.0% (for the absolute dry weight of coating).

2. In surface sizing, it is often used with surface sizing starch and PVA. The conventional dosage: 7-15kg / t paper or 13-28g / L surface sizing solution can obtain better whitening effect.

3. The conventional dosage of whitening in porcelain clay is 1-3kg / T absolutely dry porcelain clay.

Packaging and storage

25kg, 50kg, 200kg, 1100kg or plastic drum packaging, special packaging can be provided according to customer needs.
